What services do you offer?
We offer residential exterior window cleaning and residential gutter cleaning. Your confirmed estimate defines the exact work included.
Do you clean interior windows?
Our window-cleaning service is exterior-only. Ask before booking if you have a special circumstance, but do not assume interior cleaning is included.
Do you clean second-story windows?
Many second-story windows can be cleaned using safe extension or water-fed equipment. We review height, slope, access, obstructions, and the glass before confirming service.
Do you use ladders?
The team chooses the safest suitable method for each property. Ground-based extension equipment may be preferred, and no particular access method is guaranteed in advance.
Do you clean screens?
Screen cleaning can be included when it is identified in the estimate. Screen condition and access may affect the scope.
Do you clean tracks and sills?
Exterior track and sill detailing is handled according to the confirmed scope. Interior components are not implied by an exterior service description.
What does gutter cleaning include?
The estimate identifies the gutter sections to be cleaned and the agreed debris-removal scope. Roofline conditions, access, gutter condition, and any limitations are reviewed before work begins.
Do gutter repairs or installation come with cleaning?
No. Gutter cleaning does not include gutter installation, roof repair, or structural repair. If visible damage affects the work, we will explain the limitation before proceeding.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. All exterior access arrangements must be confirmed, gates accessible, and pets secured. Some properties or scope decisions may require the customer to be available.
What happens if it rains?
Light weather does not always prevent cleaning, but unsafe access, storms, or conditions that would prevent a suitable result may require rescheduling.
How do estimates work?
Provide the property address, requested service, story count, access details, and relevant window or gutter information. We review it and confirm the final scope and price before work begins.
When is payment collected?
Payment is due after the agreed work is completed.
What areas do you serve?
Primary routes cover Huntsville and Madison, with selected surrounding North Alabama communities considered based on address, route availability, and job scope.
Can you treat hard-water stains?
Hard-water deposits require inspection. Treatment may be separately priced, may not be appropriate for every surface, and cannot reverse permanent etching or damage.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. The team brings the cleaning tools selected for the confirmed scope. Any property access or utility requirements are discussed before service.
