Services Provided
Brighter Home Exterior Services provides residential window cleaning and gutter cleaning in Huntsville, Madison, and selected nearby Alabama communities. The confirmed estimate identifies the service, areas to be cleaned, selected options, and any specialty treatment included before work begins.
Estimates And Final Quotes
Online estimates are non-binding ranges shown in USD. The final price depends on the requested service, property condition, window or gutter layout, screen count when applicable, roofline, access, height, buildup, safety considerations, and requested scope. We confirm the final quote before service begins.
Payment Timing
Customers do not pay before service. Payment is due after the agreed work is completed.
Scheduling And Fulfillment
Customers schedule service by phone or email. We perform service at the customer property on the agreed appointment date, subject to weather, safe access, and property readiness. If weather, unsafe access, locked gates, unavailable water access, pets, or other site conditions prevent service, we may reschedule or revise the scope before work begins.
Cancellation And Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Because payment is collected only after completed service, prepaid refunds normally do not apply. If a customer has already paid for completed work and has a concern, they should contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
Satisfaction Concerns
If something does not look right after service, contact us within 48 hours at support@brighterhomeexterior.com. We may inspect, re-clean, adjust the invoice, or provide another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, safe access to the work areas, notice of fragile glass, gutters, rooflines, or known damage, and reasonable access around windows, screens, gutters, gates, pets, landscaping, and other exterior work areas.
